Contact a Combat Casualty Assistance (CCA) Visiting Nurse
The Society offers free, in-home visits by compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to provide health and resource information to Sailors and Marines, their families, and caregivers who are dealing with injuries, conditions, and other issues related to combat service.
If you, a friend, or a loved one would like to speak with one of the Society's CCA visiting nurses, please submit the form on the right and someone will email or call you.
Our nurses help combat-wounded servicemembers, and their family and caregivers, to better understand injury, diagnosis, and recovery or rehabilitation particulars. They also help identify the appropriate resources needed to meet each individual’s needs.
The Society’s CCA visiting nurses travel anywhere in the U.S. to provide in-home visits to anyone who served in the Navy or Marine Corps during Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) or Operation New Dawn (OND), regardless of their current military status (i.e. active duty, retired/medically retired, or veteran).
Combat Casualty Assistance Visiting Nurse services are provided for as long as necessary.
